Building resilience and coping skills
Resilience isn't a personality you were or weren't born with — it's a set of skills, and the research is clear that most people underestimate their own. Build the toolkit before the storm and sharpen it for the load you're already carrying: flexible thinking, active coping, a trained stress-response, foundations, values, and a network.
This is for you if
- You're basically okay, but you can feel a hard stretch coming and want to be ready for it.
- Setbacks tend to knock you flatter, or longer, than you'd like.
- You reach for avoidance — scrolling, numbing, putting it off — more than you'd choose to.
- You want a real toolkit, not another 'just breathe' tip.
- No diagnosis, and none needed — this is prevention, not treatment.
Your coping log drives the program
Not a course you watch — a loop you run. Bounce reads how you're meeting the week's load and adjusts your skill practice, the same way resilience-building work runs in a coach's office.
Measure
A forty-five-second evening log — how heavy the load was, which coping moves you reached for, your mood.

Short sessions with Sofia teach the method — flexible thinking, the trained stress-response, foundations, connection.

The weekly review reads your active-coping rate and rotates in a new skill or deepens what's working.
weekly review↻ the loop runs weekly — five times
Active-coping rate is the number the program tunes against — the share of logged moments met with an approach move (reappraising, problem-solving, connecting, acting on values) rather than an avoidance one. Clear 70% and the program widens your kit with a fresh tool. Below 40%, it shrinks to one reliable move and protects the foundations — sleep, breath, one person — never framed as failure.
Five weeks, one method
Fourteen sessions and five weekly check-ins. The first week is free — including your baseline resilience report.

Resilience science, distilled
Bounce draws on the science of ordinary resilience (Bonanno) and the learnable resilience factors identified by Southwick and Charney — cognitive flexibility and reappraisal, active versus avoidant coping, social support, meaning and values, physical foundations, and a trainable stress response. It's a preventive distillation of the CBT skills that recur across this catalog, taught proactively rather than after a diagnosis.

Prevention, not treatment — it routes rather than gates
Bounce is a preventive skills program, not a treatment for any condition. If your check-in or a session surfaces something that looks like a specific clinical struggle — low mood, worry, burnout, insomnia, panic, or trauma — the program points you, warmly and specifically, to the matching targeted program in this catalog. Picking one isn't a diagnosis and it isn't failure; it's using the toolkit the way it's meant to be used.
Crisis resources sit one tap from home the whole way through, set up for your country at the start. This is a skills program; if something is bigger than a skill, reaching for support is the strong move.

Tại sao chúng tôi xây dựng theo cách khác
- The research, cited honestly. Bounce names its sources — Bonanno's ordinary resilience, Southwick and Charney's learnable factors — rather than citing trial counts for a differently-delivered live program, or making unattributed percentage claims.
- A front door to the rest of the catalog. When a specific struggle outgrows the toolkit, Bounce signposts straight to the matching targeted program — Lift, What If, Recharge, Sleep Again, and more — something a standalone resilience app has no way to offer.
- One price, everywhere. $149 once, self-serve from day one, on web and mobile — no iOS-only restriction, no unpublished pricing to track down.

Trước khi bạn bắt đầu
Do I need a diagnosis to use this?
No — the opposite. Bounce is a preventive program for anyone who's basically okay and wants to be steadier, or who can see a hard stretch coming. No diagnosis required, and none assumed.
What if a specific struggle surfaces while I'm using it?
The program watches for that and points you, warmly and specifically, to the matching targeted program in this catalog — for low mood, worry, burnout, sleep, panic, or trauma. Everything you build in Bounce carries over.
Why five weeks instead of six?
Bounce is a distilled, preventive toolkit, not a full treatment protocol — five weeks covers the core resilience factors the research points to without the extra week a disorder-specific program needs.
How much time does it take?
Forty-five seconds each evening for the coping log, and eight to twelve minutes most days for the session — the shortest program in the catalog, by design.
