Rebuilding a peaceful relationship with food using CBT
A peaceful relationship with food isn't about more control — it's about needing less of it. The thing that keeps the struggle alive is usually the rules, not the lack of them. This program uses the eating-focused CBT that clinics rely on: regular eating that breaks the restrict-and-lose-control see-saw, loosening the rules a rung at a time, riding urges instead of obeying them, and widening what your worth rests on. No numbers, no weighing, no earning.
The struggle has a shape, too
- Eating that runs on a set of rules and a running commentary — banned foods, earning meals, making up for it later.
- The swing between holding tight and losing control.
- A mood that seems to ride on every bite.
- Body-checking or avoidance that eats into the day.
- A relationship with food that's become a struggle, not a rhythm.
Your regular-eating log drives the program
Not a course you watch — a loop you run. Nourish reads how reliably your planned eating occasions happen and adjusts your plan weekly, the same way eating-focused CBT works in a clinician's office.
Measure
A sixty-second evening log — did the planned eating occasions happen, roughly on time. No numbers, ever.

Short sessions with Grace teach the method — the see-saw, the worth trap, regular eating, the rules.

The weekly review reads your regularity rate and adds flexibility or shores up the schedule — never cuts it.
weekly review↻ the loop runs weekly — six times
Regularity of 85% or higher and the program adds a rung of flexibility — loosening a rule or expanding the safe-foods list. Below 60%, the schedule itself gets shored up first: smaller, simpler, more reliable. The eating schedule is never cut; the direction of travel is only ever toward more reliable eating.
Six weeks, one method

Grace
High-caution clinical care · 4 programa rehberlik ediyor
The senior clinician for the heavier material — unhurried, deeply serious about safety, and honest about when self-help isn't the right door.
“Hi, I'm Grace. Over the next six weeks we're not going to give you more rules — we're going to take some away, and build a rhythm with food that doesn't run on a struggle.”
CBT-E, adapted responsibly
Nourish adapts the transdiagnostic core of enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy for eating problems (CBT-E, Fairburn) for a self-guided, sub-clinical audience — regular eating, dismantling dietary rules, urge management, body-checking response prevention, and broadening the basis of self-worth. It's built explicitly as self-help for mild-to-moderate patterns, not a treatment for an eating disorder.
- Enhanced CBT for eating problemsCBT-E, Fairburn
- Regular eating (see-saw disruption)
- Dietary rule dismantling
- Body-checking response prevention
This program screens before it opens
Nourish never asks for a weight, never sets a calorie target, and never shows a scale — a deliberate stance, stated to you upfront. Low or dropping weight, medical signs of restriction, or purging route away from self-help at onboarding: the eating-change weeks stay closed and you're handed specific people to call instead, because self-guided regular-eating work isn't safe to run alone at that point.
Purging and binge-purge cycles route to an adjunct-only track — this program can support real treatment as a skills companion, but the treatment itself is a care team. This program is not medical advice or a substitute for one.

Başlamadan önce
Will this ask me for my weight or set a calorie target?
No — never. Nourish never asks for a weight, never sets a calorie target, and never shows a scale. That's a deliberate stance: food is neutral, the rules are the problem, not a number.
What if my eating is more serious than this program is built for?
The onboarding screen checks for that directly. Low or dropping weight, medical signs of restriction, or purging route you to specialist care before the eating-change weeks open — that's care, not a locked door.
Is this a diet program?
The opposite. Nourish is anti-diet by design — it loosens rules rather than adding them, and the direction of travel is only ever toward more reliable eating, never less.
How much time does it take?
Sixty seconds each evening for the log, and about ten minutes most days for the session. The real work happens in the eating occasions themselves — showing up for the schedule, not a workout.
